Heavy Duty one piece style precision machined steel plate main blocks with
hardened micrometer style adjusting screws.
Hardened and ground spindles are mounted in Timken style precision taper
roller bearings.
Steel fabricated one piece machined outboard supports with cylinder roller
bearings feature zerk fittings on all bearings.
Hardened and ground micrometer style adjusting screws feature thrust bearings
for ease of operation and precision adjustment includes micrometer dial
indicator.
Does not include provisions for flood type lubrication/coolant system for the
roll tooling.
Features perimeter style end guards and electrically interlocked hinged roll
guarding (not a light curtain)
Requires 480/3/60 VAC Input Power and is supplied ready to run including
the electrical disconnect and necessary controls.
Complete with standard entry feed vise
All components mounted to a full welded heavy wall tube/steel plate base
with 1 1/2" thick fully machined one piece top plate.

mechanical accelerator system.

25 to 35 FPM Line Speed Range, gearing and mechanical accelerator cams
may be changed to allow for other line speed ranges and punching pitches.
Dual Cam Linkage System geared to flywheel used in common with crankshaft
for positive displacement motion and relationship of part/die motion to
press stroke.

with interactive operator interface, includes accumulative press cycle
production counter.
Operator interface may be used to monitor and/or change system parameters,
with password protection utilized on access to the majority of the
adjustable parameters.
Furnished with a free standing, control enclosure mounted on a weighted base
Electrically interlocked die area guarding, open guarding, open guard or "Stop"
button will stop press at any point thru its cycle.
Unit constructed for continuous cycling, motion controlled by low inertia,
low volume air clutch and brake.
